아직 2009년 Annual Church Profile(ACP)작성해서 제출하지 않은 교회는 늦어도 오는 14일까지 팩스나 이메일로 제출해 주시면 고맙겠습니다.

폼은 파일로 첨부되었습니다.

As per our phone conversation, attached you will find a copy of the short forms for the Korean churches that have not submitted their Annual Church Profile (ACP). Please try to contact the pastors to collect the information and return them to me as many as you possibly can by December 14th. You can send them to me by fax (904) 596-4464 or by e-mail at framirez@flbaptist.org.
